About Us

AdmitDent was founded by Karim Zaghloul and Irine Yacoub, two students who have successfully navigated the dental school admissions process and are passionate about helping pre-dental students achieve the same goal.

Karim graduated from the University of Florida in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and is currently a student at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. Irine graduated from the University of South Florida in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and is an incoming student at the University of Florida College of Dentistry.

Through two different dental school application cycles, we gained firsthand experience with the admissions process, receiving multiple interview invitations and acceptances from top dental schools. This experience gave us a strong understanding of what dental schools look for in competitive applicants.

At AdmitDent, our mission is to provide personalized mentorship, honest guidance, and practical strategies to help pre-dental students build strong, well-rounded applications. From mock interviews and personal statement editing to DAT guidance and application strategy, we help students approach the admissions process with confidence and clarity.

Having recently gone through the process ourselves, we understand the challenges applicants face. Our goal is to share the insights and strategies that helped us succeed so that future applicants can maximize their chances of gaining admission to dental school.
