Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs refund eligibility for services purchased through AdmitDent. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

General Policy

Refund requests may be considered for cancellations made prior to the scheduled service date, subject to the limitations described below. Refund decisions remain within AdmitDent’s reasonable discretion and may be processed manually.

Same-Day Cancellations

No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations. A cancellation is considered same-day if it is requested on the calendar date of the scheduled service, regardless of the scheduled appointment time.

Eligible Cancellations

For cancellations made before the scheduled service date, refunds may be available. If approved, refunds are processed manually and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Completed Services

Once a service has been fully delivered, completed, or materially performed, refunds are generally not available.

Rescheduling

Where available, clients are encouraged to use the rescheduling option instead of cancelling. Rescheduling availability depends on scheduling constraints and service type.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are not instantaneous and may take several business days to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on the payment processor and your financial institution.
